Abstract:

UV inducing mutation technology has been used for transforming microorganism characteristic in the biologic construction,and cultivating excellent strains,which have high poison-resistance,high degradation activity and are specific and compatible in the degradation of pollutants. Since this technology can greatly reduce the time of sludge domestication and effectively improve the treatment efficiency of biological construction,it has attracted extensive interest in wastewater bio treatment. The mechanism of UV inducing mutation is introduced,and the research status of this technology in wastewater treatment,including papermaking,printing and dyeing,chemical industry,agriculture,heavy metal,etc.,is summarized. The development trend in the application of UV inducing mutation technology to wastewater treatment is pointed out.

摘要:

UV诱变技术是运用紫外光诱变的手段去改造生物构筑物中的微生物特性,进而选育构建出具有高耐毒性、高降解活性以及特异或广谱降解污染物等优良遗传性状菌种的一种先进技术。该技术能够大大缩短污泥驯化所需要的时间,有效提高生物处理系统的处理效果,是近年来废水生物处理领域的热门研究课题。作者介绍了UV诱变育种技术的机理,总结了该技术在造纸、印染、化工、农业、重金属等废水处理中的研究现状,并指出了该技术在废水处理中的发展方向。
