Abstract:
The biochemical effluent water from Fuyang Xingye Synthetic Leather Co.,Ltd.,is characterized by comparatively low COD,high nitrogen content,and wide fluctuation range.The biochemical combined process anaerobic MBBR-aerobic MBR has continuously been used for treating synthetic leather wastewater for four months,in Fuyang Xingye Synthetic Leather Co.,Ltd.,Hangzhou.The experimental results indicates that its COD can steadily reach the mark,and the effluent ammonium nitrogen are steadily maintained between 7.46-13.82 mg/L,as well,meeting the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants from Synthetic Leather and Artificial Leather Industry(GB 21902-2008).

摘要:
杭州富阳兴业合成革有限公司的生化工艺出水COD相对较低,含氮量较高,且波动较大。采用厌氧MBBR-好氧MBR组合工艺对该废水进行了4个月的连续处理试验,结果表明:除COD可稳定达标外,出水氨氮也可稳定维持在7.46~13.82 mg/L之间,达到《合成革与人造革工业污染物排放标准》(GB 21902-2008)要求。
