Abstract:
In order to make the treatment effluent from chromium-containing wastewater discharged in aluminum alloy production meet the requirement of Cr6+≤0.5 mg/L,the reduction-precipitation process has been made with Na2SO3 and Na2S2O5,respectively. The factors affecting treatment efficacy are analyzed and compared. The resultsshow that when the chromium-containing wastewater discharged from aluminum production is reduced,the dosage of Na2S2O5 can be 25.0%-37.5% less than the dosage of Na2SO3. In the process of treatment,the coagulation-precipitation pH should be controlled between 8.2-9.0,dosage of PAM is about 0.010 g/L,and precipitation time should be ranged between 1-2 h.

摘要:
为使铝型材生产产生的含铬废水的处理出水达到Cr6+≤0.5 mg/L要求,分别选用Na2SO3和Na2S2O5进行还原沉淀处理,并对影响处理效果的因素进行了分析比较。结果表明,还原处理铝型材生产产生的含铬废水时,Na2S2O5的投加量可比Na2SO3减少25.0%~37.5%;处理过程中,应控制混凝沉淀pH为8.2~9.0、PAM投加量为0.010g/L、沉淀时间为1~2 h。
