有机磷水处理药剂生产废水处理技术的研究

Abstract: The wastewater from the production of organic phosphorus water treatment agents is characterized by poor biodegradability, complex components, and high total phosphorus concentration, and its total phosphorus mainly consists of organic phosphorus compounds. Therefore, it is difficult to be treated. The combined process, first order chemical dephosphorization-photoelectrocatalytic oxidation-secondary chemical dephosphorization, has been used for treating this kind of wastewater. The experimental results show that after the wastewater has been treated, its effluent COD and TP can be 50 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L, respectively, reaching the first class Tianjin Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 12/356-2008). The combined process, first order chemical dephosphorization-photoelectocatalytic oxidation-secondary chemical dephosphorization, can effectively treat the wastewater from the production of organic phosphorus water treatment agents.

摘要: 有机磷水处理药剂生产废水的可生化性差、成分复杂、总磷浓度高,其总磷主要由有机磷类化合物组成,较难处理。尝试采用一级化学除磷—光电催化氧化—二级化学除磷组合工艺处理该废水。实验结果表明:废水经该组合工艺处理后,出水COD、TP分别可达到50、0.5 mg/L,达到《天津市污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356—2008)的一级排放标准。一级化学除磷—光电催化氧化—二级化学除磷组合工艺可有效地处理有机磷水处理药剂生产废水。
