Research on the highly efficient COD degradation bacteria for the enhanced treatment of petrochemical wastewater

高效COD降解菌强化石化废水处理的研究

Abstract:

Aiming at the refractory degradation petrochemical wastewater,the sequencing batch operation mode has been used for the investigation of the enhanced effects of highly efficient COD degradation bacteria on the conventional sludge system. The results show that adding highly efficient COD degradation bacteria to the conventional sludge system can accelerate the start-up of the biochemical system. After the system has run steadily,its COD removing rate on petrochemical wastewater is l1%-14% higher than that of conventional sludge systems. In addition,the research shows that when the retention time is shortened,or the influent load is increased,the sludge system enhanced by highly efficient COD degradation bacteria may show stronger stability and impact resistance.

摘要:

针对难降解石化废水,以序批式运行方式考察了高效COD降解菌对常规污泥系统的强化效果。结果显示,向常规污泥系统中投加高效COD降解菌可加速生化系统启动,稳定运行后,其对石化废水的COD去除率较常规污泥系统高12%~14%。同时研究表明,当缩短停留时间或提高进水负荷时,经高效COD降解菌强化的污泥系统会表现出更强的稳定性和抗冲击性。
