Abstract:

The wastewater produced in the production of denatured starch is a kind of high-concentration organic wastewater,and anaerobic-aerobic process is suitable for its treatment. In 2007,a set of anaerobic-aerobic treatment system,containing modified EGSB anaerobic reactor-AnaEG reactor and BioAX reactor which combines with contact oxidation and aeration biological filter functions as an integrated one was designed for a newly-built starch company in Hangzhou,China,by the writer. The results show that after having been operated for more than 6 years,the system has many advantages,such as small occupied areas,stable treatment effect and less excess sludge. The water quality of treated effluent can meet the First Grade requirement specified in the national effluent discharge standard.

摘要:

食用变性淀粉生产过程中产生的污水属于高浓度有机污水,适宜采用厌氧-好氧的处理工艺。2007年,笔者为杭州某新建淀粉公司设计了1套采用改良型EGSB厌氧反应器——AnaEG反应器和将接触氧化与曝气生物滤池功能融为一体的BioAX反应器相结合的厌氧-好氧处理系统。6年多的运行结果表明,这种处理系统具有占地面积小、处理效果稳定、剩余污泥量少的优点,污水经处理后水质可达到国家一级排放标准的要求。
