气浮-Fenton-水解-接触氧化处理STP废水工程实践

Abstract:

Based on engineering examples,the importance of the process‘air floatation-Fenton-coagulation and sedimentation’ for the pretreatment of STP resin wastewater having complex components and highly concentrated COD is discussed,and the feasibility of the succeeding biological treatment of the wastewater by ‘hydrolysis-contact oxidation-secondary precipitation’ process verified. The results show that the combined process has good treatment effects,and its operation is stable and reliable,reaching the third-level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996) and meeting the requirements for the take-over of chemical indu-stry parks.

摘要:

通过工程实例探讨预处理工艺“气浮-Fenton-混凝沉淀”对于成分复杂、COD浓度高的STP树脂废水的重要性,并验证后续“水解-接触氧化-二沉”生化工艺对该废水处理的可行性。结果表明,该组合工艺处理效果良好,运行稳定可靠,出水水质达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)的三级标准,满足化工园区接管要求。
