Abstract:
The catalyst MnOx/ACF has been prepared by in situ reduction method,combining with VUV for the de-gradation of unsym-dimethyl hydrazine(UDMH) wastewater. The influences of the catalyst dosage,initial pH and ini-tial concentration on UDMH and COD degradation rate have been investigated. The results show that when the initial dosage of catalyst is 15 g/L,UDMH initial mass concentration 50 mg/L and initial pH 9.1,the degradation reaction is relatively rapid. The 10 min degradation rate of UDMH is 95%,and the 90 min degradation rate of COD can reach 90%. Through an 8 hour illumination regeneration,the activity of catalysts can basically be recovered,the application effect of the 3 time regenerated catalyst can reach more than 80% of that being used the first time.

摘要: 采用原位还原法制备了催化剂MnOx/ACF,并联用真空紫外光(VUV)降解偏二甲肼(UDMH)废水。考察了催化剂投加量、初始pH以及初始浓度对UDMH降解率以及COD降解率的影响。结果表明:当催化剂投加量为15 g/L,UDMH初始质量浓度为50 mg/L,初始pH为9.1时,降解反应较快,UDMH的10 min降解率就达95%,COD的90 min降解率可达90%。通过8 h光照再生,催化剂活性基本可以恢复,再生3次的催化剂使用效果可以达到初次使用的80%以上。
