Abstract:
A large amount of washing wastewater containing Co2+ is generated during the production of basic cobalt carbonate,which fails to meet environmental protection emission standards. The comprehensive environmental protection method was used to recover cobalt metal from basic cobalt carbonate-containing industrial wastewater. Co2+ in the adsorbed wastewater was extracted through the ion exchange column with P204 levextrel resin,and then resolved by sulfamic acid to obtain the cobalt sulfamate product. Thus,we achieved the recovery and reuse of Co2+ in the wastewater. Results showed that the average removal rate of Co2+ in this process exceeded 99%,and the Co2+ content in the discharged wastewater was lower than 0.3 mg/L,which was far lower than the Co2+ emission requirement in the Emission Standard for Industrial Pollutants of Copper,Nickel and Cobalt(GB 25467-2010).

摘要: 碱式碳酸钴在生产过程中会产生大量的含Co2+洗涤废水,Co2+质量浓度约为30 mg/L,达不到环保排放标准。采用综合环保法处理工艺,即利用离子交换柱,采用P204萃淋树脂萃取吸附碱式碳酸钴洗涤废水中的Co2+,再用氨基磺酸溶液对其进行解析,得到氨基磺酸钴产品,以实现碱式碳酸钴洗涤废水中钴的回收再利用。经实践证明,该工艺对Co2+的平均去除率≥99%,排放废水中Co2+质量浓度≤0.3 mg/L,远远低于《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467—2010)中Co2+的排放要求。
