摘要:

采用铁炭微电解对粗苯加氢废水进行处理后, 出水水质良好, 可以达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)国家三级排放标准。运行中对预处理系统工况条件改进后, 铁炭微电解反应器出水COD去除率由22.71%提高到51.03%, 保证了系统的稳定运行, 污水处理成本3.9元/t。因此, 应用该工艺处理化工废水处理效果显著, 具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:

Ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis process has been used for treating crude benzene hydrogenation wastewater. The effluent water quality is pretty good, reaching the National Third Grade Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996). The effluent COD removing rate of ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis reactor is increased from 22.71% to 51.03%, ensuring the stable operation of the system. The wastewater treatment cost is CNY 3. 9/t. Therefore, the treatment efficacy of using this process for treating chemical wastewater is remarkable, having very good application prospect.
