摘要:

采用电絮凝技术去除超稠油高温采出水中的有机物和悬浮物,研究极板面积、电流强度和电压、进水pH、水温对处理效果的影响。结果表明,去除有机物尤其是石油类时,应增大极板面积,提高反应电流,保持反应温度,并在pH中性条件下运行。去除悬浮物,应后置固液分离单元强化絮体去除。电絮凝法能有效去除超稠油高温采出水中的有机物,且不需额外加入药剂,不会恶化循环利用采出水的水质。

Abstract:

Electrocoagulation was used to remove organic matter and suspended solids from super heavy oil produced high-temperature wastewater. The effects of plate area, current intensity, voltage, influent pH and water temperature on the treatment efficiency were studied. The results showed that it should improve the plate area, increase current intensity, keep temperature, and insure neutral pH for removal of organic matters, especially petroleum matters. Postposition solid-liquid separation unit was needed to enhance floc removal for suspended solids. The electrocoagulation could remove the organic matters from super heavy oil produced high-temperature wastewater without extra reagent and deterioration of produced water qualities.
