摘要:

餐厨废水具有污染物浓度高、成分复杂、含油量高、有机物和氨氮浓度高等特点,处理难度大。以西南地区某餐厨垃圾处理厂为例,分析了该厂厌氧消化液脱水滤液的水质特点,选择适合的处理工艺。该厂污水处理站主要处理厌氧消化液脱水后的沼液及其他生产废水,处理规模为60 t/d。拟采用隔油+气浮+调节池+水解酸化+AOAO+外置UF系统+Fenton高级氧化+混凝沉淀工艺进行处理。对该工程的系统主要设计参数进行介绍,并分析工程运行情况和运行成本。结果表明,餐厨废水经处理后,最终出水的CODCr、BOD5、SS、TN、NH3-N、TP、动植物油平均分别为260、95、20、67、19、2、70 mg/L,系统出水水质可稳定达到纳管标准及与下游污水厂的协议标准要求。该工程经营成本为41.70元/t。碳源投加成本较高、超滤膜更换费用较高、工程规模较小等因素是其经营成本高于常规餐厨处理工程的主要原因。

Abstract:

Kitchen wastewater is characterized by high concentration of pollutants, complex composition, high oil content, high concentration of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen, and is difficult to treat. Taking a kitchen waste treatment plant in southwest China as an example, the water quality characteristics of anaerobic digestion dewatering filtrate of the plant were analyzed and a suitable treatment process was selected. The wastewater treatment station mainly treated biogas slurry and other production wastewater after anaerobic digestion dewatering, and the treatment scale is 60 t/d. Oil separation+air flotation+regulating tank+hydrolysis acidification+AOAO+external UF system+Fenton advanced oxidation+coagulation and sedimentation process was used for treatment. The main design parameters of the system were introduced and the project operation and cost were analyzed. The results show that effluent CODCr, BOD5, SS, TN, NH3-N, TP, animal and vegetable oil were 260 mg/L, 95 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 67 mg/L, 19 mg/L, 2 mg/L, and 70 mg/L on average, respectively, after the treatment of the kitchen wastewater. And the effluent quality of the system could stably meet the requirements of the pipeline and agreement standard with the downstream wastewater plant. The operating cost of the project is RMB 41.70/t. High cost of carbon source, high cost of ultrafiltration membrane replacement and small project scale were the main reasons for its higher operating cost than the conventional kitchen treatment project.
