摘要:

介绍了丹东化纤工业公司粘胶纤维生产废水的水质特点、处理工艺、主要构筑物及技术参数。该系统采用了曝气吹脱除硫化物—石灰乳中和除锌—活性污泥法去除有机物的物化—生化两级处理工艺,处理效果良好,出水中各项指标均达到国家规定的污水排放标准。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the wastewater quality from viscose fiber production,treatment technology,main structure and technical parameter of Dandong Chemical Fiber Industry Company.The treatment system uses the physical and biological two-stage treatment scheme from which sulfides is removed by aeration stripping, Zn2+ is removed by lime cream neut ralization and sedimentation,organic matter is removed by activated sludge process.The treatment result is good.Each target accords with the standard of discharging wastewater in China.
