载铜活性炭催化氧化深度降解石油污水中的COD

Advanced degradation of COD in oil field wastewater by catalytic oxidation with the catalyst of copper supported by activated carbon

摘要:

用载铜活性炭和污水中溶解氧体系,催化氧化法深度降解石油污水中的COD。活性炭用7.5%Cu(NO3)2溶液浸渍,在260℃还原固化,制得催化剂。用固定床式水处理柱,对经混凝沉降处理后COD值难以达标的石油污水进行深度处理研究。pH值为7.5±0.5,经曝气的石油污水,在25~30℃条件下与催化体系接触2h,可将45倍于催化剂体积的石油污水中的COD值由300mg/L以上降至100mg/L以下。催化剂可通过制备方法得以再生。该体系在石油污水的深度达标处理中应用前景广阔。

Abstract:

The COD value in oil f ield w astewater is deeply deg raded by the method of cataly tic oxidation w ith the sy stem of the catalyst of copper suppo rted by activated carbon and dissolved ox ygen.The supported cataly st can be obtained by activated carbon impregnated w ith 7.5 % solution of Cu(NO3)2 and calcinated at 260 ℃ in the oven.It is studied that oil field w astewater, in which COD value canno t be degraded to below 100 mg/ L although treated by coagulant sedimentation, is deeply treated.The t reatment co nditions pH value is 7.5 ±0.5,w astewater is aerated, the temperature is at 25 ~ 35 ℃, the co ntact time w ith supported catalyst is about 2 h 。Under the above conditions, the COD value in the oil field w astewater w hose volume is as 45 times as that of supported cataly st is deg raded f rom above 300 mg/L to below 100 mg/L.The catalyst used can be regenerated by preparation.The application of the system to the advanced oil field wastewater treatment w ill open vast vistas.
