水解-接触氧化-生物炭工艺处理印染废水

Treatment of dyeing wastewater by hydrolysis-contact oxidation-biocarbon technology

摘要:

采用水解-接触氧化-气浮-混凝沉淀-生物炭工艺处理以分散染料为主的印染废水,设计规模为960m3/d,进水水质为:pH8.01,CODCr992mg/L,BOD5251mg/L,SS298mg/L,色度400倍;经本工艺处理后,总排放口出水水质为:pH7.64,CODCr72mg/L,BOD519mg/L,SS61mg/L,色度16倍。

Abstract:

The wastewater is treated by using hydrolysis-contact oxidation-air floatation-coagulation sedimen-tation-biocarbon technology.The design capacity is960m3/d.The pH,CODCr,BOD5,SS and chroma of the influent water quality are8.01,992mg /L,251mg /L,298mg /L and400times respectively.Treated by this technology,the pH,CODCr,BOD5,SS and chroma of the effluent water quality are7.64,72mg /L,19mg /L,61mg /L and16times respectively.
