摘要:

微生物絮凝剂是一种具有广阔应用前景的天然高分子絮凝剂,因其具有高效、无毒、无二次污染等性质而备受人们的关注,并广泛应用于水处理、食品加工和发酵工业。作者综述了微生物絮凝剂的研究现状与发展趋势;阐述了微生物絮凝剂的结构、性质、特点和种类;分析了微生物絮凝剂的絮凝机理。针对目前微生物絮凝剂发展的“瓶颈”问题,认为降低成本、充分利用生物技术以及与传统絮凝剂复配使用将成为微生物絮凝剂今后发展的方向。

Abstract:

Microbial flocculant(MBF) is a kind of natural macro-molecular flocculants and is widely used for water treatment and food fermentation industrial processing because of the properties of high efficiency innocuity, without second-pollution, etc. The research status and development trend of MBF is summarized. It discusses its structure, properties, characteristics as well as classifications. The flocculating mechanisms are analyzed. Cost reducing, application of biological technology and its compound with traditional flocculants will be the trend to solve the difficulty in the development of MBF.
