抗生素生产废水生化前预处理技术进展

摘要:

抗生素生产废水是一种成分复杂、生物毒性高、色度高、含难生物降解有机物质的有机废水。现行的处理工艺大部分是采用生化处理,而抗生素生产废水可生化性较差,并有抑制好氧微生物生长的有毒有害物质,若不采取行之有效的生化前预处理工艺,往往难以达到设计效果。经过广泛研究,现已形成了大量可行的预处理技术,并已广泛应用到生产实践中,在抗生素生产废水治理中发挥了重要的作用。作者对现行各种抗生素生产废水预处理工艺进行了介绍,并提出了抗生素生产废水处理技术的发展方向。

Abstract:

Pharmaceutical wastewater is characterized by complex compositions, high toxicity, high colority and difficult biodegraded. Nowadays biotreatment is still the core technic, but pharmaceutical wastewater is difficult to biodegrade, poisonous and the harmful composition of the wastewater can resist the growth of microorganisms without pretreatment techniques. It is difficult to meet the designed result. Nowa mass of feasible pretreatment techniques that are used widely to practical production and play important role in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment have been available. These pretreatment techniques are introduced. And, the development direction of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology is put forward.
