高效液相色谱法测定糠醛废水中的糠醛含量

摘要:

采用HPLC方法,以Symmetry 5μm C18(3.9 mm×150 mm)为色谱柱,在流动相V(甲醇)∶V(水)=70∶30,流速1.0 mL/min下,采用双波长紫外检测器,利用外标法在275 nm下测定糠醛废水中糠醛的含量。此法相对标准偏差RSD>4.84%(n=6),r=0.999 9,实际样品的平均加标回收率为96.9%~112.5%。

Abstract:

The highly efficient liquid chromatographic method has been used for determining furfural content in furfural wastewater on a symmetry 5 μm C18( 3.9 mm×150 mm) column with CH3OH∶H2O=70 ∶30 as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection is made on a UV detector at 275 nm with external standard calibration. The relative standard division(RSD) is smaller than 4.84%( n=6) with a relative coefficient of 0.999 9. The average standard addition recovery of the wastewater samples is 96.9%- 112.5%.
