摘要:

分三个阶段即污泥菌种活化、生物膜培养、微生物驯化,阐述了在废水生物接触氧化处理中以牛奶加啤酒作营养液对生物膜进行培养与驯化的方法,并提出了实际应用中在生物膜的厚度、水温和pH、充氧量、营养物质等方面的有关注意事项。工程实践证明,运用该方法培养驯化生物膜效果良好。

Abstract:

It is expounded that milk and beer have been used as nutritional liquid for the cultivating and domesticating of the bio-membrane. The process can be divided into three stages: activating the sludge fungus, cultivating the bio-membrane and domesticating the microbes. The points which must be paid attention to in practice, such as the thickness of the bio-membrane, water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen content, and nutritive substances, are put forward. The engineering practice shows that this technique is efficient
