电镀工业园区废水生物与化学两级处理工艺的研究

摘要:

探讨了用环境生物技术与化学絮凝沉淀组合的工艺处理电镀园区两种电镀废水。试验结果表明:综合废水中的铜、铬、镍、锌、氰根的总去除率分别为99.9%、100%、99.9%、100%、49.5%(出水中除氰根为1.05mg/L以外,其他重金属质量浓度都在0.1mg/L以下);酸性含氰废水中的铜、铬、镍、锌、氰根的总去除率分别为99.8%、100%、98.1%、100%、84.0%(出水中镍、铜、氰的质量浓度分别为0.2、0.03、0.5mg/L,铬和锌未检出);两种废水处理成本分别为4.39、4.46元/t。用该组合工艺处理综合电镀废水和含氰废水,既降低了处理成本,又使电镀园区废水能够达到新的国家排放标准。

Abstract:

Two kinds of electroplating wastewater in the electroplating industry area which has been treated by the combined process of environmental and biological technique and chemical flocculation and precipitation are discussed. The experimental results show that the total removal rate of Cu2+, Cr3+, Ni2+, Zn3+, CN- respctively are 99.9%, 100%, 99.9%, 100% and 49.5% in the integrated wastewater ( concentration of Cu2+, Cr3+, Ni2+, Zn3+ are <0.1 mg/L, CN-=1.05 mg/L) , the total removal rates of Cu2+, Cr3+, Ni+, Zn2+ and CN- in the acidic CN- containing wastewater are 99.8%, 100%, 98.1%, 100%, and 84.0% respectively( the concentrations of Ni2+, Cu2+, CN- in the effluent water are 0.2, 0.03, 0.5 mg/L; Cr3+ and Zn2+ have not been found in the test) . The treatment costs of the two kinds of wastewater are $4.39/t and $4.46/t respectively. This combined technology for treating integrated electroplating wastewater and CN- containing wastewater not only can lower the treatment cost, but make the discharged wastewater meet the requirement of the new national discharge standard.
