炼油废催化剂对劣质污水中有机物吸附性能的研究

Research on the adsorption of organic pollutants from inferior wastewater by waste oil-refining catalyst

摘要:

炼油废催化剂具有比表面积比较大、微孔结构合理、来源广泛、易于再生等特性,利用它作吸附剂既可以废物利用,又使污水得到处理,节省废催化剂填埋和污水处理两部分费用,并保护环境。实验结果表明:炼油废催化剂的动态吸附量是其他4种工业用吸附剂的14~76倍;炼油废催化剂对炼油污水的吸附满足Freundlich吸附等温式;炼油废催化剂对炼油污水的极限吸附量是对化工污水和炼油与化工混合污水的2.3~2.9倍。碱性条件下吸附剂再生效果好,但需控制碱液的使用浓度。

Abstract:

Since the waste oil-refining catalyst has the characteristics of a larger ratio surface area, reasonable microhole structure, far -ranging sources, and easy to be regenerated, it, as a waste, can be recycled for treating wastewater so that the costs of burying waste catalyst and treating wastewater can be saved and the environment can be protected. The experimental results show that the dynamic adsorption quantity of waste oil-refining catalyst is about 14~76 times of that of other four kinds of industrial sorbents. The adsorption behavior of waste oil-refining catalyst from oil-refining wastewater meets Freundlich Adsorption Equal Temperature Equation. The utmost adsorption quantity of waste oil-refining catalyst from chemical industrial wastewater and the mixed wastewater from oil-refining and chemical engineering is about 2.3~2.9 times. Under alkaline conditions, the waste oil-refining catalyst has better regeneration efficiency, but the concentrations of alkaline solutions should be controlled
