摘要:
采用微波无极紫外光催化氧化与双氧水氧化的联合处理工艺(MW/UV/H2O2)对染纱高温皂洗水和热水洗废水进行在线处理并回用。通过小样实验、中样放大实验考察将处理后水分别回用于前处理、染色、后处理等工序的可行性。结果表明:经过MW/UV/H2O2工艺处理的高温水回用于染纱过程的全工序用水还需要进一步的实验论证,但可应用于后处理工序。回用1 t水可节约水及热能总费用达9.0元以上。

Abstract:
The MW/UV/H2O2 combined process has been used for treating and recycling the yarn dyeing soaping wastewater and hotting wastewater. Based on the pilot-scale tests, the recycled feasibility of the hot water after treated by MW/UV/H2O2 process is investigated. The results show that further experiments are needed to demonstrate that the hot water after treated by MW/UV/H2O2 process can be used as recycled water in the whole yarn dyeing working procedure. But the water could be used in the post-treatment. Over CNY 9.00 can be saved for the total cost of water and heat, when one ton of recycled water is used.
