UV/Fenton降解拟除虫菊酯农药废水的研究

Study on the degradation of pyrethroids pesticides wastewater by UV/Fenton process

摘要:

主要探讨了UV/Fenton联合工艺处理拟除虫菊酯农药废水的可行性和规律性,考察了在UV/Fenton降解拟除虫菊酯农药废水的过程中,pH、H2O2加入量、m(H2O2)∶m(FeSO4)、降解时间和紫外灯光强等因素对降解效果的影响。试验结果表明:对初始COD为4 700 mg/L的拟除虫菊酯农药废水,在pH=4,H2O2浓度为8 mmol/L,m(H2O2)∶m(FeSO4)=7∶1的条件下,200 mL废水用14 W(相当于70 W/L)紫外灯照射3.0 h后,COD去除率可达51.32%。

Abstract:

The feasibility and regulation of using the combined UV/Fenton process for degrading pyrethroids pesticides wastewater have been discussed in detail. The effects of many influential factors,including pH,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide,the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate,time of degradation,and intensity of UV light on the degrading efficiencies of pyrethroids pesticides have been investigated. The results indicate that after being illuminated under UV for 3 h, the intensity of UV light is about 14 W(equals to 70 W/L),COD removal rate of 51.32% can be obtained,when the optimal conditions are as follows:the initial COD of the pyrethroids pesticideswastewater is 4 700 mg/L,pH=4,H2O2dosage is 8 mmol/L,mass ratio of H2O2 and ferrous sulfate is 7∶1.
