摘要:
通过过滤柱实验,研究了不同滤速情况下处理印染废水时海绵铁/锰砂混合填料对过滤周期产水量、脱色率、出水含铁量的影响,并分析了印染废水处理前后废水的可生化性和紫外-可见光谱的变化。试验结果表明,海绵铁/锰砂混合填料对模拟印染废水具有较高的脱色率,最高可达99%,并可提高印染废水的可生化性。

Abstract:
The pretreatment of simulated dyeing wastewater with the mixture of sponge iron and manganese sand has been investigated.Through filtration experiments,and at different filtration velocity,the effects of the mixture on water producing volume of filtration period,decolorization efficiency,effluent iron content have been studied.The biodegradability and UV-Vis spectrum changes of the wastewater,before and after the treatment,are analyzed.The results show that the mixture of sponge iron and manganese sand has higher decolorization rate as high as 99%.It can improve the biodegradability of dyeing wastewater
