生物浮动床处理焦化废水的启动研究

Research on the start一up of MBBR for the treatment of wastewater from coke plants

摘要:

分别采用自配营养液挂膜再进焦化废水驯化和直接进低浓度焦化废水驯化挂膜的启动方式进行生物浮动床处理焦化废水的启动研究。研究结果表明,这2种启动方式均能在较短的时间内(41 d)成功启动生物浮动床,启动后挂膜污泥量为1 g/L左右。启动过程中水力停留时间控制在19.2~38.4 h,不同启动方式对COD的平均去除率都较稳定,达到80%以上;当进水NH4+-N在59.4~66.2 mg/L时,不同启动方式对NH4+-N的去除率都在76.4%~93%,表现出较高的耐毒性和抗冲击负荷能力。

Abstract:

Two methods have been used respectively for the start-up of moving-bed biofilm reactor(MBBR) in the treatment of wastewater from coke plants. One of them is that the biofilm should firstly be acclimated and formed in home-made nutrient fluid and then in coking wastewater. The other one is that the biofilm should directly be acclimated and formed in low-concentration coking wastewater. The results show that both of these two methods can start up the MBBR successfully in a short time(41 d). After the starting up,the quantity of biofilm sludge is 1g/L. During the course of starting up , the hydraulic retention time(HRT) is controlled at 19.2-38.4 h. Both of their COD removing rates are stable,reaching above 80%. When the influent NH4+-N is 59.4-66.2 mg/L,the NH4+-N removing rates of the two different methods are 76.4%-93%,showing pretty high resistance to poison and toimpact load.
