阴阳陶粒在酸性大红GR模拟废水处理中的应用

摘要:

制备并烧结了一种新型微电解材料——阴阳陶粒,并将其用于对酸性大红GR模拟废水的处理。利用单因素试验考察了进水pH、HRT和气水比对COD和色度去除率的影响。此外,NaCl浓度影响实验表明,进水中NaCl浓度的增加可以加快脱色速率。连续运行试验结果显示,陶粒填料没有发生板结。紫外可见光谱扫描分析结果表明,可见光区的吸收明显减少。

Abstract:

Fe0/C/clay ceramics,a kind of novel micro-electrolysis(ME) fillers,have been prepared,and sintered and used for treating simulated Acid Scarlet GR wastewater.By single-factor experiments,the effects of influent pH,hydraulic retention time(HRT) and air/liquid ratio(A/L) on the removing rates of chroma and COD are investigated.In addition,the experiment on NaCl concentration influence indicates that the increase of influent NaCl concentration can speed up decolorization rate.The results of continuous running tests show that the ceramics fillers was not agglomerated after a one-month running of the ME reactor,and the results of UV-visible spectrum scanning demonstrate that the removal of chroma in visible region is obviously less.
