微电解-絮凝预处理含油乳化废水的实验研究

Experimental research on the pretreatment of oil-bearing emulsion wastewater by micro-electrolysis-flocculation

摘要:

采用微电解-絮凝法预处理含油乳化废水。结果表明,铁投加量为60 g/L,铁炭质量比为20:1,微电解反应16 h,复配絮凝剂PAC用量为120 mg/L、PDA用量为12 mg/L时,对含油乳化废水的预处理效果最佳,COD去除率最高可达45%以上。

Abstract:

Micro-electrolysis-flocculation process has been used for the pretreatment of oil-bearing emulsion waste-water. The results indicate that the pretreatment effect of oil-bearing emulsion wastewater is the best,when iron dosage is 60 g/L,m(Fe):m(C) 20:1,micro-electrolysis reaction time 16 h,synthetic flocculent dosage PAC 120 mg/L and PDA dosage 12 mg/L. The highest COD removing rate reaches 45%.
