附加循环IC处理食糖精炼废水的启动研究

Research on the start-up of the additional circulating internal circulation reactor for treating sugar refining wastewater

摘要:

针对某厂食糖精炼废水特点,设计了附加循环IC反应器。现场启动附加循环IC反应器处理食糖精炼废水,由于启动过程中水质、水量与设计参数相差很大,在有限条件下研究了启动效果。结果表明,反应器COD容积负荷可达5 kg/(m3·d)以上,出水COD在2 000 mg/L左右,COD去除率达到80%左右,出水VFA的浓度变化更能体现反应器的运行状况。试验历时50 d,启动成功。

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of the sugar refining wastewater in a factory,an additional circulating internal circulation reactor has been designed,and the start-up of the additional circulating internal circulation reactor has already been accomplished on site. Since the water quality and water quantity are quite different from the designed parameters,the start-up effect is studied under limited conditions. The results show that the COD volume loading of the reactor can be more than 5 kg/(m3·d),the COD of effluent is 2 000 mg/L or so,and the COD removing rate can be about 80%. The change of effluent VFA concentration can better reflect the actual operating situation of the reactor. The start-up is accomplished successfully,after the experiments have lasted for 50 days.
