曝气方式对SBR法去除效果和能耗影响的研究

Research on the influences of aeration method on SBR removing effect and energy consumption

摘要:

研究进水与曝气方式对SBR法去除效果和能耗的影响。采用传统SBR法和两次进水两次曝气运行方式的SBR法处理生活污水,分析去除有机物、硝化和反硝化过程中DO、ORP和pH的变化规律,以及相对应的出水水质变化规律。实验结果表明传统SBR法的COD去除率为91.82%,NH3-N去除率为97.34%,采用两次进水两次曝气的SBR法,总曝气时间减少了210 min,COD和NH3-N的去除率仍分别达到92.15%和96.46%。两种运行方式处理效果都较好,但采用两次曝气运行周期曝气时间减少了210 min,具有很好的节能效果。

Abstract:

The influences of influent and aeration method on SBR removing effect and energy consumption have been researched.The SBR method, which uses traditional SBR and twice influent and twice aeration operation method has been used for treating domestic sewage.The removal of organic substances, the variation law of DO, ORP and pH in the processes of nitrification and denitrificaiion, and the variation law of corresponding effluent water quality are an-alyzed.Experimental results show that by traditional SBR method, the COD removing rate is 91.82%, and the remov-ing rate of NH3-N is 97.34%.Twice influent and twice aeration SBR method has been used.Although the total aera-tion time is reduced to 210 min, the COD and NH3-N removing rates still can reach 92.15% and 96.46%, respect-fully.The treatment effect of both operation methods are good.However, by twice-aeration method, the aeration time in the twice aeration period is reduced to 210 min, having a good energy saving effect.
