海上移动设施生活污水处理技术研究

Research on the treatment of domestic sewage by maritime mobile facilities

摘要:

针对海上移动设施生活污水处理装置出水难以满足新标准排放要求的情况,开发了“电解+膜分离”成套处理装置,并进行了常温试验、低温试验、高温试验、倾斜试验和故障试验。结果表明,装置出水COD为60~105 mg/L,BOD5为4~9 mg/L,TSS为3~13 mg/L,100 mL水中含大肠杆菌0~1.5个,TN为8~19 mg/L,TP为0.4~1.0 mg/L,pH为6~8.5,完全满足IMO MEPC.227(64)排放要求,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that the domestic sewage treatment system of marine mobile facilities is hard to meet the requirements for discharge standards, the electrolysis+membrane separation integrated treatment system has been developed, and the normal temperature test, low temperature test, high temperature test, tilting test and fault test on the integrated system have been accomplished.The results show that the system effluent can meet the discharge requirements of IMO MEPC.227(64) completely, when COD is 60-105 mg/L, BOD5 4-9 mg/L, TSS 3-13 mg/L, Escherichia coli 0-1.5/100 mL, TN 8-19 mg/L, TP 0.4-1.0 mg/L and pH 6-8.5.Its application prospect is extensive.
