摘要： 简要概述了某大型炼化一体化项目事故污水和污染雨水的收集、处理以及防控体系的建立，详细阐述了首端污水收集和末端污水处理过程中的控制要点，并从设计和运行角度对今后事故污水和污染雨水的收集给出了相应的建议。

关键词: 事故污水, 污染雨水, 污水收集

Abstract: The collection,and treatment of accidental wastewater and polluted rainwater,as well as the establishment of prevention/control systems of an integrated refining petrochemical project are briefly summarized. The control essentials in the process of head-end collection and terminal wastewater treatment are expounded in detail. From the angle of design and operation,corresponding suggestions on the collections of accidental wastewater and polluted rainwater in the future are presented.
