以内蒙古某煤化工公司气化污水处理项目为例,分析了其气化炉的废水水质,并根据水质特点选择了混凝沉淀+气浮池+二级破氰+A/O+MBR+超滤+反渗透处理工艺。出水达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB50050—2007)中的再生水水质要求。实践表明,该工艺路线选择合理,运行稳定可靠,可为同类煤化工废水处理工艺路线选择提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking the gasification wastewater treatment project of a coal chemical company in Inner Mongolia as example,the water quality of wastewater in the gasification furnace is analyzed. According to the characteristics of the water quality,the treatment process coagulation precipitation+air flotation tank+two-stage breaking cyanogens+ A/O+MBR+UF+RO has been used. The effluent meets the requirements for the water quality of reclaimed water specified in the Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatmeat(GB 50050—2007). The practice shows that the selection of the process route is reasonable and the operation is stable and reliable,which can provide reference for the route selection of similar wastewater treatment processes of coal chemical wastewater.
