XDA-1树脂对邻硝基苯胺的吸附行为及其应用

Adsorption behavior of XDA-1 resin on o-nitroaniline and its application

摘要: 采用XDA-1大孔树脂吸附模拟废水中的邻硝基苯胺,并对其吸附行为及吸附影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,该吸附过程符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温方程;在pH=8,吸附温度为293 K,吸附流速为6 BV/h的条件下,对800 mg/L的邻硝基苯胺模拟废水吸附30 h,邻硝基苯胺平均去除率达到99%。采用95%的乙醇对吸附饱和的树脂进行洗脱,脱附率可达到98%。在上述条件下处理邻硝基苯胺工业废水,每批次处理量为100 BV,废水中的邻硝基苯胺可由416 mg/L降至4.2 mg/L,邻硝基苯胺去除率达99%,COD由830 mg/L降至80 mg/L。

Abstract: XDA-1 macroporous resin has been used for adsorbing o-nitroaniline in simulated wastewater. Its adsorption behavior and influential factors are investigated. The results show that the adsorption complied with Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal equations. The o-nitroaniline average removing rate reaches 99% when the simulated wastewater initial concentration is 800 mg/L,adsorption time 30 h, pH=8, adsorption temperature 293 K, and adsorption velocity 6 BV/h. The desorption rate reaches 98%, when 95% of ethanol is used for eluting the adsorbed saturated-resin. Treating the o-nitroaniline industrial wastewater under the above conditions,the treatment capacity for every batch is 100 BV,the o-nitroaniline concentration in wastewater can be decreased from 416 mg/L to 4.2 mg/L,the o-nitroaniline removing rate reaches 99% and COD is decreased from 830 mg/L to 80 mg/L.
