国内黄药废水处理技术研究进展

Research progress in xanthate wastewater treatment technologies

摘要: 黄药是浮选过程中应用最为广泛、浮选效果最好的捕收剂之一。其选矿过程具有工艺简单、成本较低的优点。但浮选废水中含有大量的黄药,未经处理的选矿废水直接排放将对周围环境造成严重污染。因此对选矿过程产生的黄药废水进行净化处理具有非常重要的意义。文章介绍了近年来国内黄药废水处理技术的研究进展,分析了各种技术的优缺点及联合处理工艺,并对黄药废水处理技术的发展趋势进行了展望,希望能对选厂废水的治理提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Xanthate has been one of the most widely used and the most effective flotation collector in the flotation process. Its mineral separation process has the advantages of simple process and low costs. However,the flotation wastewater consists of a large amount of xanthate,and the direct discharge of untreated mineral separation waste-water would cause severe pollution for the surrounding environment. Therefore,the purification treatment of the xanthate wastewater produced in the mineral separation process has very important practical significance. The re-search progress in xanthate wastewater treatment technologies in recent years is introduced in this paper,and, what is more,the advantages and disadvantages of various techniques and their combined processes are analyzed. The future developmental trend of xanthate wastewater treatment technologies is also forecast,hoping to provide reference for the treatment of mineral separation wastewater.
