某钨钼铜多金属矿选矿废水处理及回用试验研究

Research on the treatment and reuse of the dressing wastewater from tungsten and molybdenum copper poly-metallic ore

摘要: 主要研究了某中型钨钼铜多金属矿选矿废水的处理方法,并对处理后的净化水进行分系统回用试验。结果表明:经处理的选矿废水,各股水基本满足选矿厂工艺用水水质要求;对净化水进行连续10次全流程闭路分系统回用试验,浮选结果与清水相似,回用技术可行,达到清洁生产目的。

Abstract: The treatment methods for dressing wastewater from the medium-sized tungsten molybdenum and copper polymetallic ore has mainly been researched, and systematically recycling tests for the treated and purified water imple-mented. The results show that every stream of water from the treated dressing wastewater can meet the water quality re-quirements for the process water. The purified water is subject to continuously complete flow closed-circuit systematical recycling tests for 10 times. The flotation result is similar to clear water result, reaching the goal of cleaner production.
