摘要: 研究了活性炭对甲基橙的动态吸附行为。考察了甲基橙浓度、流速和活性炭粒径、炭床高度对动态吸附曲线的影响;分别用Adams-Bohart、Thomas和Yoon-Nelson三种模型对穿透曲线进行动力学分析,并计算相关参数;研究了不同条件下的脱附性能,同时考察了热再生情况。结果表明:甲基橙浓度和流速增加,穿透时间提前;活性炭粒径减小和炭床高度增加,穿透时间延长。Yoon-Nelson模型能比较好地描述活性炭对甲基橙的动态吸附行为。饱和后的炭床在酸性、碱性及中性条件下的脱附性能都很差。热再生能够比较好地恢复活性炭性能。

Abstract: The dynamic adsorption behavior of methyl orange on activated carbon has been researched. The influen-ces of methyl orange concentration,flow rate of the liquid,the particle size of activated carbon and the height of carbon bed on the dynamic adsorption curves have been investigated. Three kinds of models,Adams-Bohart,Thomas and Yoon-Nelson,are applied,respectively,to the dynamic analysis on breakthrough curves,and the calculation of relat-ed parameters. The desorption capability under different conditions is studied,and,at the same time,the thermal re-generation situation investigated. The results show that with the increase of methyl orange concentration and liquid flow rate,the breakthrough time is put ahead. With the decrease of activated carbon particle size and the increase of carbon bed height,the breakthrough time is prolonged. The dynamic adsorption behavior of activated carbon on methyl orange can be well described by Yoon-Nelson model. The saturated carbon bed has poor desorption capability under all the acid,alkaline and neutral conditions. Hot recycling can restore the properties of activated carbon fairly well.
