电子束耦合混凝技术深度处理实际印染废水

摘要:

针对印染废水综合处理难度较大、排放标准日益严格、回用水比例不足等问题,采用电子束耦合混凝工艺对低浓度和中高浓度印染废水进行深度处理,并进行工程验证。电子束辐照可改变胶体颗粒的稳定性,使有机物分解,不饱和有机物缩合,显著增强絮体聚合作用,提升对污染物的去除效果。实际运行结果显示,采用电子束耦合混凝工艺深度处理中高浓度印染废水生化出水,COD去除率可达65%,整体工艺最终出水COD小于150 mg/L,满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)表2间接排放标准,电子束工艺段吨水运行成本为1.14元。采用电子束耦合混凝工艺深度处理低浓度印染废水,COD去除率可达73%,最终回用水池出水COD小于50 mg/L,满足《纺织染整工业回用水水质》(FZ/T 01107—2011)表1标准要求,回用水水量达40%,电子束工艺段吨水运行成本为0.82元。

Abstract:

In response to the challenges of comprehensive treatment of dyeing wastewater, increasingly stringent discharge standards, and insufficient proportion of reclaimed water reuse, the electron beam coupled with coagulation process was adopted for the advanced treatment of low and medium-high concentration dyeing wastewater, and engineering verification was carried out. Electron beam irradiation could change the stability of colloidal particles, leading to the decomposition of organic matter and condensation of unsaturated organic matter, which significantly enhanced floc polymerization and increased the removal efficiency of pollutants. Practical operation results demonstrated that when treating biochemical effluent from medium-high concentration dyeing wastewater using electron beam coupled coagulation process, the COD removal rate reached 65%, with final effluent COD below 150 mg/L, meeting Table 2 indirect discharge standards in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry (GB 4287-2012). The operational cost of per ton of water in the electron beam treatment section was 1.14 yuan. For advanced treatment of low concentration dyeing wastewater using this coupled process, COD removal rate reached 73%, with final effluent COD of reuse water tank of below 50 mg/L, meeting Table 1 requirements in the Reusing Water for Textile Dyeing and Finishing (FZ/T 01107-2011). In addition, the reuse water volume achieved 40% of total treatment capacity, with a per-ton operational cost of 0.82 yuan in the electron beam treatment section.
