净水型光催化透水混凝土的制备及还原Cr(Ⅵ)性能研究

Preparation of water-purifying photocatalytic permeable concrete and its performance of reducing Cr(Ⅵ)

摘要:

为了净化地表雨水中重金属离子,通过溶剂热法制备了一种高活性g-C3N4/MgAl-LDHs(CN/LDHs)复合材料,并将其作为光催化活性中心负载于再生骨料,制备了净水型光催化透水混凝土。研究了净水型光催化透水混凝土的透水性能和力学性能,以及不同条件下对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除性能。结果表明:随着CN/LDHs负载量的增加,透水混凝土的透水性能降低,力学性能得到提升;pH=2、Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度100 mg/L、CN/LDHs负载量2.0%时,透水混凝土表现出优异的Cr(Ⅵ)去除效果,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率达到了96.53%;CN/LDHs负载量2.0%透水混凝土的有效孔隙率和透水系数分别为14.32%和1.68 mm/s,28 d抗压强度为27.9 MPa;透水混凝土重复使用5次后仍表现出96.11%的Cr(Ⅵ)去除率,具备良好的重复使用性能。净水型光催化透水混凝土在地表径流和矿山重金属废水净化领域具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:

In order to purify heavy metal ions in surface rainwater, a highly active g-C3N4/MgAl-LDHs(CN/LDHs) composite was prepared by solvothermal method and loaded onto recycled aggregate as a photocatalytic activity center to prepare water purification photocatalytic permeable concrete. The water permeability and mechanical properties of the concrete, as well as its removal performance of Cr(Ⅵ) under different conditions, were studied. The results showed that with the increase of CN/LDHs loading, the water permeability of permeable concrete decreased and the mechanical properties were improved. When pH was 2, Cr(Ⅵ) mass concentration was 100 mg/L, and CN/LDHs loading was 2.0%, the permeable concrete showed excellent Cr(Ⅵ) removal effect, and the Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate reached 96.53%. The effective porosity and permeability coefficient of CN/LDHs loaded 2.0% permeable concrete were 14.32% and 1.68 mm/s, respectively, and the 28 d compressive strength was 27.9 MPa. Permeable concrete still showed 96.11% Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate after reuse for 5 times, and had good reusability. Water-purifying photocatalytic permeable concrete has potential applications in the field of surface runoff and heavy metal wastewater purification in mines.
