摘要:

研究了用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定水中的总铬。通过标准样品和实际样品的分析 ,验证了方法的准确度和精密度 ,并通过绘制空白值控制图和准确度控制图对日常分析工作进行质量控制。实验结果表明 :该法快速简便 ,准确度和灵敏度高 ,精密度好。

Abstract:

Direct determination of total chromium in water by flame atomic absorption spect rophotomatry has been investigated.The analy tical precision and accuracy are proved to be satisfactory by using standard samples and realistic samples .Based on a lot of experiments, the quality control map of blank test and accuracy are set up to provide quality control for ordinary monitoring work.The experiment sindicates that this method is easy to carry out, the precision and sensitivity are high, and the accuracy is good as well.
