摘要:
在氮气保护下,以硝酸铈铵作引发剂,控制m(壳聚糖)∶m(丙烯酰胺)=4∶1,于45℃下接枝共聚反应3.5h,制得一类新型壳聚糖改性聚合物絮凝剂,并用IR对产物进行了表征,该反应的机理是按开环后产生—CHNH的方式进行的。对高岭土样品进行絮凝实验,同时测定其絮凝胶体的ζ电位,最后进行了焦化废水的脱色和除F-絮凝效果实验。结果表明:该共聚物是一种阳离子型高分子絮凝剂,对焦化废水的絮凝脱色率达到60%,对F-的去除率为90%。

Abstract:
The graft copolymerization of acrylamide over chitosan is investigated in nitrogen atmosphere by using ceric ammonium nitrate as redox initiator, and the mass ratio of chitosan and acrylamide is controlled at 4 ∶ 1, the reaction time is 3.5 h and the reaction temperature is 45 ℃. The graft copolymer flocculant is characterized by IR, the reaction mechanism is proposed that the -CH NH was produced in the reaction. Flocculation characteristic of the copolymer is studied by using kaolin suspensions and the ζ potential of the flocs is measured. The decolorization and F- removal in coke wastewater have been researched. The result indicates the copolymer is a cationic flocculant and the decolorization effect is 60% and F- removal is 90%.
