有机纳滤膜处理酵母废水中试实验研究

摘要:

为了降低酵母废水的COD,并回收废水中有价值的成分,以达到最佳经济效益和满足环保要求,作者分别采用纳滤和反渗透工艺对废水进行了中试实验。实验表明:经NF膜芯Suntar-3M01处理后的废水可100%回收酵母蛋白等成分,色度去除率>90%,浓缩液可喷雾处理成干粉向市场销售,NF膜可将废水的COD质量浓度从1.7×104mg/L降至1000mg/L左右,大大减轻了后续废水处理的负荷,膜平均通量为15.0 L/(m2.h)以上,含固量浓缩倍数为4.05。经初步经济分析,平均单位(m3)料液运行成本约为6.79元,干粉成本约500元/m3,实验表明,用NF膜处理酵母废水是一种经济、可行的方法。

Abstract:

A pilot study has been done to remove the COD and to recycle the valuable composition of the wastewater. In order to obtain the optimal economical benefit and satisfy the environmental request, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis are used respectively. The results show that after the wastewater istreated with NF, the recovery rate of yeast protein etc. can be 100%, the removal rate of colority and turbidity are more than 90%, and the concentrated liquid can be sold as a product after treatment. After treated with NF, the COD of wastewater decreases from 1.7×104mg/L to about 1 000mg/L. This quality of effluent water relieves the charge of the followup wastewater treatment greatly. The average flux of the NF membrane can reach 15.0 L/(m2·h)and the concentration multiple(which is calculated with the content of solid)is 4.05. It is estimated that the average liquid running cost is $6.79/m3, and the cost of the dried powder is about $500.00/m3. The results show that treating yeast-containing wastewater with NF membrane is economic and feasible.
