UV-Fenton法处理草浆造纸废水的研究

UV-Fenton oxidation of the straw pulp and paper making effluent

摘要:

采用UV-Fenton法对自偶氧化清洁制浆造纸废水进行处理。考察了废水pH、H2O2投加量、Fe2+投加量、反应时间以及紫外光强等对废水中CODCr去除率的影响,得到了最佳的工艺条件为pH3.53、H2O2投加浓度46.19mmol/L、Fe2+投加浓度3.06mmol/L,反应60min后CODCr去除率达到67.13%,出水CODCr降到428mg/L,改善了废水的可生化性,有利于进一步进行生化处理。

Abstract:

The effluent of the self-coupled clean pulp making process has been treated by UV- Fenton oxidation. The effluent contains a large amount of lignins that are difficult to be eliminated by conventional techniques.Experiments have been carried out and the effects of pH, dosage of H2O2 and Fe2+, reaction time and irradiation intensity on CODCr removal efficiency are investigated. The optimized conditions are shown as follows: pH is 3.53, the dosage of H2O2 and Fe2+ are 46.19 and 3.06 mmol /L, respectively. After irradiating for 60 min, the CODCr dropped to 428 mg/L and 67.13% of removal efficiency could be attained. UV - Fenton oxidation could improve the biodegradability of the effluent and be favorable to further biological treatment.
