摘要:

对PACT工艺处理糠醛废水进行了研究,结果表明,在反应温度为23℃、pH为6.8~7.0的实验条件下,经水力停留时间24h,该工艺对COD的去除率为88.3%,PACT工艺对糠醛废水pH变化的缓冲能力较强。采用粒径<0.42mm的活性炭,控制水力停留时间为18h,处理效果较好。

Abstract:

Powdered activated carbon treatment(PACT) process for treating furfural wastewater has been studied. It’s confirmed initially that PACT process is very effective in treating the furfural wastewater. The results showthat COD removal rate of PACT process is 88.3% when the experimental conditions are: the temperature is 23 ℃, the pH is between 6.8 and 7.0 (HRT is 24 h). The PACT process has stronger buffer capacity effect on the pH changes of furfural wastewater. According to the experimental results, using PACT process to treat furfural wastewater, the treatment efficiency is better when the diameter of powdered activated carbon is smaller than 0.42 mm and HRT is 18 h.
