印刷电路板生产废水的综合治理及废水回用

摘要:

对某印刷电路板生产废水采用分质预处理—混凝沉淀—机械过滤工艺处理,结果表明,系统出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准,同时对出水采用反渗透装置处理后达到初级回用水的水质要求。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of wastewater from printed circuit board(PCB)production,the quality classified pretreatment-coagulation-sedimentation-mechanical filtration process has been used for treating PCB wastewater.The running results show the effluent of PCB wastewater system can be up to the first grade of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978 — 1996).At the same time,the reverse osmosis equipment is used for treating the system effluent and the final effluent has met the demand of the elementary reuse water quality.
