印染废水深度处理及回用技术的研究现状

摘要:

综述了印染废水深度处理及回用技术的研究现状。根据国内印染废水处理技术的现状,提出在现有常规工艺基础上,增加一套投资低、运行成本少、易建设、可操作性好的深度处理技术处理印染废水,可以使出水稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)-级排放标准并能实现回用。而开发不同处理方法的有效组合是印染废水回用的研究发展方向。

Abstract:

The present situation of advanced treatment and reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater has been introduced. According to the present situation of treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater in China, a new advanced technology with less cost, easier construction, better performance, and without changing to original facilities is put forward. The combination of them can satisfy the requirement of First Class of the National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996), and can also be reused, which is the urgent affair at present. Meanwhile, developing the valid combination of different treatments will be the prospect of printing and dyeing wastewater reuse.
