天然高分子改性制两性絮凝剂及其性能研究

摘要:

以天然植物胶粉F691为原料,通过羧甲基化、接枝共聚和曼尼奇(Mannich)三步反应合成出改性两性型絮凝剂(CG-AC),确定了其较佳的制备条件。试验表明:20mg/LCG-AC与100mg/LPAC配合使用处理活性红模拟染料废水,脱色率可达68%,效果明显优于对比样PAM-C;CG-AC对造纸混合污泥的絮凝脱水性能优于对比样PHP和PAM-C。

Abstract:

The natural wood powder F691 has been modified by carboxymethyl reaction, grafting reaction and Mannich reaction to prepare a new amphoteric polymeric flocculant(CG-AC) . The optimum conditions for the preparation of CG-AC are determined. The result of applying CG-AC to the activated dyes Red X-3B wastewater and the mixed sludge from a papermaking mill shows: when 20 mg/L of CG-AC is used with 100 mg/L of PAC the decoloration rate can reach 68%, the effciemcy of which is obviously better than the contrast sample PAM-C. CG-AC also has better mixed sludge dewatering property in papermaking than that of PHP and PAM-C.
