厌氧/好氧MBR处理印染废水中运行参数的优化研究

Study on the optimization of the parameters in treating printing and dyeingwastewater by using the anaerobic-aerobic membrane bioreactor

摘要:

膜生物反应器是一种新型的污水处理设备,如何能让系统稳定高效的运行是现在面临的主要问题之一。因此,对系统的出水方式、DO、HRT以及膜的操作压力等参数进行了研究,结果表明,系统采用间歇式出水、DO为2。0~3。0 mg/L,HRT=9 h,曝气量2。8 ?/h,抽吸时间10 min,停吸时间8 min时处理效率最高。

Abstract:

The membrane bioreactor is a newkind of equipment for treating wastewater. One of the main questions is how we can make the system run stably and efficiently. Hence, the parameters, such as the mode of water outgoing, DO, HRT and the membrane operational pressure have been studied. Through experimental analysis,intermittent type of water outgoing has been used and when the DO is between 2.0-3.0 mg/L, HRT 9 h, the amount of aeration 2.8 m3/h, suction time 10 min, and suction suspended time 8 min, the treatment efficiency is the highest.
