Application of genetically engineered bacteria in treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater

摘要:

化学合成制药废水中有机污染物浓度高、可生化性差且组分复杂,属于难处理废水。采用跨界融合技术,构建基因工程菌Xhhh处理制药废水,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996一级标准。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定高效。

Abstract:

Synthetic pharmacywastewater is difficult to be treated, being characterized by high organic pollution, poor biochemistry and complicated component. Technology of Inter-kingdom protoplast fusion was used to construct gene engineering strain(GES) Xhhh which applied to treatment of synthetic pharmacywastewater. The effluent water quality could completelymeet the requirement of the First Grade Standard of the Comprehensive Dicharge ofWastewater GB 8978-1996. The running results showthat the treatment efficiency of the technology is stable and high.
