复合菌剂对焦化废水的降解及其特性研究

摘要:

将从焦化废水中富集培养筛选到的15株优势菌株逐次组合,最终得到高效降解焦化废水有机物的10株复合菌剂。复合菌剂对焦化废水主要污染物的降解效果明显高于单株菌和简单组合菌,COD的降解率与焦化废水中复合菌剂生长量成正相关,探讨了碳源、氮源及pH等生态因子对复合菌剂降解焦化废水的影响。

Abstract:

15 strains of dominant bacteria have been enriched and screened from coking wastewater.Finally 10 ofthem which can efficiently biodegrade the organism in coking wastewater are obtained and used as components ofcomplex microbial inoculants.The effect of the inoculants on the main pollutants in coking wastewater is betterthan any single strain or their simple combination of these bacteria.It is observed that there is a positive correlationbetween COD removal rate and the mass of the inoculants in coking wastewater.The effect of many ecologicalfactors,including sources of carbon and nitrogen and pH etc.on coking wastewater treatment are also studied.
