Treatment of coking wastewater by physicochemical andinternal circulation combined process

摘要:

采用物化与生物结合工艺处理焦化废水,物化系统中主要工艺为除氰及除氮工艺,生物系统采用了厌氧内循环(IC)—共基质条件下好氧内循环结合工艺。好氧内循环工艺以葡萄糖为共基质,池内空间位置上存在好氧及缺氧区,同时将悬浮载体技术引入好氧池,提高了焦化废水中难降解有机物及总氮的去除效果,实现了COD、NH3-N、TN的同时去除。实验结果表明,该工艺运行稳定且处理效果较好。3个月的稳定运行期间,出水COD、NH3-N、TN平均质量浓度分别为62、9、29 mg/L。

Abstract:

The physicochemical-biological combined process has been used for treating coking wastewater. Themain process of the physicochemical system includes cyanide removal process and nitrogen removal process. Theinternal circulation anaerobic reactor and internal circulation aerobic reactor have been used in the biologicsystem. Glucose is used as co-substrate in the internal circulation aerobic process. Aerobic area and anoxic areaexist in the pond. At the same time, suspended carrier technology is introduced into the aerobic pond. Thesecan improve the removal rates of refractory organisms and the total nitrogen in the coking wastewater, and carryout the simultaneous removal of COD,NH3 -N and TN. The experimental results show that the process runssteadily with good treating effect. During the three-month steady running period, the average concentrations ofCOD,NH3-N and TN in the effluent are 62,9,29 mg/L, respectively.
